Hogar Properties is a rapidly growing real estate brand in Dubai, dedicated to delivering an exceptional property experience through innovation, technology, and customer-driven solutions. We are expanding our in-house technology team and seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Web Developer to lead development of internal platforms, client portals, automation tools, and high-performance websites.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer who can architect, develop, and deploy scalable web applications. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge across front-end and back-end technologies, UI/UX fundamentals, and cloud deployment. You will work closely with our marketing, CRM, and operations teams to build user-focused digital experiences for real estate clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications and portals.
• Lead full stack development using modern frameworks and best practices.
• Collaborate with designers to implement elegant and user-friendly UI/UX solutions.
• Integrate third-party APIs, CRMs, property portals, and automation tools.
• Optimize databases, API structures, and application performance.
• Implement strong security standards for user data and transactions.
• Manage code reviews, version control, testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and continuously enhance platform features.
• Contribute to technical architecture discussions and long-term tech strategy.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of proven full stack development experience (senior-level).
• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, or equivalent modern frameworks.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and backend architecture.
• Proficiency in at least one major database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Experience with AWS / Azure / Google Cloud for deployment and scaling.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, Bootstrap, and responsive UI design.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and ability to translate designs into functional interfaces.
• Experience with automation, integrations, and third-party services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred (but not required)

• Experience with CRM integrations (PropSpace, SalesForce, Zoho, etc.).
• Knowledge of real estate portals, listing APIs, and IDX integrations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
