Senior Full stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Docker and Firebase/Supabase. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end development of scalable applications, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring robust, secure, and high-performing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full stack applications.
• Architect scalable backend services using Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET.
• Drive database architecture with Firebase/Supabase and relational/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Build, containerize, and manage deployments using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Define and implement microservices architecture and integrate APIs (REST/GraphQL).
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and share best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of proven experience in full stack development.
• Frontend: Strong expertise in React.js / Angular / Vue.js.
• Backend: Advanced knowledge in one or more: Node.js, Java, Python, .NET.
• Database: Proficiency in Firebase / Supabase, with strong knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• DevOps: Deep expertise in Docker, containerization, CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and large-scale application design.
• Experience with API design & integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, serverless, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on with application security, authentication, and performance tuning.
