Required Skills & Experience

Core Frontend Expertise (Must Have)

• 5+ years

  of professional frontend development experience

• Expert-level proficiency

  in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

• Deep experience

  with React.js and Next.js for production applications
• Strong understanding of modern CSS frameworks, particularly

• Experience with state management solutions like

• Frontend build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, Turbopack)
• Testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright)
• API integration (REST, GraphQL, tRPC)
• Version control with Git and collaborative development workflows
• CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
• Performance optimization and web vitals
• Accessibility standards (WCAG) and semantic HTML
• Cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, Vercel, AWS)

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Proven track record of mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Self-motivated with strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setting

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development & Architecture

• Design and develop sophisticated, responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies
• Lead frontend architectural decisions and establish coding standards and best practices
• Build reusable component libraries and design systems for scalable development
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems

Technical Leadership

• Mentor junior and mid-level frontend developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance
• Drive technical decisions around frontend tooling, frameworks, and development workflows
• Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Evaluate and recommend new frontend technologies and development practices
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex frontend issues and performance bottlenecks

Quality & Delivery

• Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Participate in technical planning and provide accurate project estimates
• Ensure code quality through rigorous review processes and automated testing
• Stay current with frontend trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
