As a Senior Frontend Developer at PUNIAS, located in Mohali, Punjab, India, you will play a crucial role in shaping the frontend architecture, mentoring junior developers, and delivering top-notch user experiences for both local and international clients. This full-time on-site position is ideal for candidates already based in Punjab or those open to relocating to Mohali. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the development of responsive, high-performance UIs using React, Next.js, and Preact. - Architect and implement functional components following best practices in React. - Collaborate with designers to transform Figma designs into pixel-perfect implementations. - Work on backend workflows utilizing Node.js, Drizzle ORM, and SQL databases. - Ensure code quality through the application of OOP principles, modular design, and scalable patterns. - Manage modern workflows using Git, npm, pnpm, Vite, and CI/CD pipelines. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and intermediate developers. - Work on various international and local projects with a strong emphasis on delivery excellence. **Qualification Required:** - 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with React. - 3+ years of hands-on experience with Next.js. - Strong expertise in TypeScript. - Proven experience with ORMs (Drizzle preferred) and SQL databases. - Advanced knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend ecosystems. - Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and scalable frontend architecture. - Experience in leading or mentoring frontend teams is a plus. **Good to Have:** - Hands-on experience with pnpm, Vite, Preact, and related frontend tooling. - Familiarity with design systems, Figma, REST/GraphQL APIs, and backend integrations.
