Job Description

About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to lead end-to-end mobile app development across iOS and Android. You’ll own architecture, performance, and developer experience, and mentor a small squad to ship reliable, beautiful apps at speed.What you’ll do

Architect and build high-quality Flutter apps (Flutter 3+, Dart null safety) for iOS/Android (and optionally Web/Desktop).
Define app architecture (Clean Architecture, SOLID), state management (BLoC/Provider/Riverpod), and modularization.
Integrate with REST/GraphQL/gRPC backends; design robust offline-first data layers and caching.
Optimize performance (jank/fps, memory, startup time), animations, accessibility, localization, and app size.
Own CI/CD (fastlane, codemagic/GitHub Actions), build flavors, app signing, and store releases.
Write maintainable tests (unit/widget/integration), enforce code quality, and conduct reviews.
Bridge native code via platform channels (Swift/Kotlin), integrate SDKs (payments, analytics, push, maps).
Collaborate with product/design to scope, estimate, and deliver features on predictable timelines.
Mentor devs, document decisions, and improve the developer experience.

What you’ll need

5+ years of professional software development, 3+ years hands-on Flutter/Dart.
Shipped at least 2 production Flutter apps (links to App Store/Play Store required).
Deep knowledge of Flutter rendering, isolates/Streams/Futures, state management, and navigation (Navigator 2.0/GoRouter).
Strong API integration skills, error handling, analytics, and feature flagging.
CI/CD experience and a solid testing culture.
Working knowledge of native iOS/Android and platform channels.
Excellent communication, product sense, and ownership mindset.

Nice to have

Firebase suite (Auth, Firestore, Functions, Messaging, Remote Config, Crashlytics).
Secure storage, encryption, and compliance best practices.
Performance tooling (DevTools, Flutter Inspector, Skia tracing).
Experimentation (A/B), observability (Sentry/Datadog), and release management.
Flutter Web/Desktop, PWAs, or micro-frontend experience.
Domain experience in fintech/e-commerce/social or real-time apps.
