OPPORTUNITY

Be the face of Buildofy's HR & Culture by working closely with the founders.

LOCATION

This is a full-time position in Mumbai, and we would be preferring candidates from Mumbai, specifically in the western suburbs (Borivali - Andheri).

MUST HAVES

• Understand the business model of Buildofy and plan talent requirement.
• Establish your position to be the face for presenting Buildofy and its work culture to potential candidates.
• Psychological understanding of managing high agency Gen Zs.
• Take charge of managing the HR operations.
• Ability to roll-up your sleeves and be a hands-on recruiter.
• Analytical ability to evaluate people from values and skillsets point of view.
• Ability to work on Keka HR System to streamline leaves, attendance, payroll etc.
• Excellent verbal communication + error-free written skills.
• Naturally inclined to keep the workplace vibrant and administratively smooth.
• 1-2 years’ experience will be preferable, but we are also open to fresh talent.
