Senior Executive Client Servicing

As a Senior Client Servicing Executive, you’ll play a critical role in expanding our client base, generating qualified leads, building strong relationships, and delivering client pitches. Your ability to pitch our services with confidence and clarity will directly impact our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and industry research
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients in corporate, wedding, and MICE segments
• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and customized proposals for clients
• Pitch event concepts and solutions to decision-makers and set up the next level of discussions
• Collaborate with the internal team to align client requirements with deliverables
• Maintain a database to track leads, interactions, and conversions
• Represent the brand professionally at industry events, meetings, and pitches

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of experience in business development, preferably in event management, marketing, or hospitality
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to think creatively and pitch ideas effectively
• Self-starter with a passion for networking and relationship-building
• Proficiency in MS Office, Figma, Canva/PowerPoint
• Understanding of the event industry landscape is a plus
