Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Program Management & Execution

Own and drive the end-to-end execution of the
Preferred Partner Program
marketing calendar.
Ensure timely rollout of planned activities such as
cinema ads, social media campaigns, website listings, in-store branding, and POSM delivery
.
Manage Store-in-Store (SIS) units and ensure upkeep/refresh as per guidelines.

Stakeholder Coordination

Collaborate with the
sales team
to align partner expectations and marketing commitments.
Work with
agencies, vendors, printers, and media partners
to ensure high-quality and on-time execution.
Act as a single point of contact for all marketing-related queries from preferred partners.

Operational Excellence

Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables for each partner.
Maintain documentation, activity reports, and dashboards for program visibility.
Ensure brand guidelines and partner commitments are consistently met.
Raise Purchase Requisitions and coordinate for Purchase order with procurement

Performance & Reporting

Monitor effectiveness of marketing campaigns through predefined KPIs.
Share regular reports with internal stakeholders and suggest improvements.
Gather partner feedback and continuously enhance the program experience.
