Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update quality documentation, COAs (Certificate of Analysis), MSDS, batch records, data records. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for quality-related queries and pending documents. Coordinate with Sales Team for Specifications / Query. Support internal and external audits and implement corrective actions. Assist in customer complaint investigations and root cause analysis. QC & QA Documentation Handling claims for all activities. Knowledge of KOSHER, HALAL, MSDS, FSSAI. Check verifies and update parameters of the products like Haz class, FEMA Nos. Ensuring that products comply with relevant supporting quality standards, regulatory compliance (e.g. FSSAI). Ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards and code of conduct. Monitor product storage conditions and sample retention as per SOPs. Maintain sample library and ensure timely renewal/expiry tracking of test samples. Ensure hygiene and housekeeping standards are followed in the warehouse/lab.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, B.Sc, or relevant science field.
• 3-5 years of QA experience, preferably in fragrance/flavour, food, cosmetic, or chemical industry.
• Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory standards.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
  

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of GC, GC-MS, or other lab equipment (preferred)
• Working knowledge of ERP systems
• Basic understanding of GLP (Good Laboratory Practices)
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Excel knowledge is mandatory
