Role Overview: As a Senior Engineer / Principal Engineer / Technical Lead specializing in Linux Kernel, Device Driver, and Board Bring-up, you will be responsible for leveraging your technical expertise in C programming and Linux Kernel to develop device drivers. Your role will involve board bring-up and embedded debugging to ensure the seamless operation of ARM / Cortex-A processors and microcontroller architectures. Additionally, you may work with RTOS and bare-metal systems, applying strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to overcome challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize excellent C programming skills to develop and maintain Linux Kernel and Device Drivers - Conduct board bring-up and embedded debugging to ensure system functionality - Demonstrate a strong understanding of ARM / Cortex-A processors and microcontroller architectures - Collaborate with the team to explore RTOS and bare-metal systems - Apply problem-solving and analytical thinking to address technical issues effectively Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or Computer Engineering - 4-10 years of relevant experience in Linux Kernel, Device Driver, and Board Bring-up - Hands-on experience in Linux Kernel and Device Driver development is a must - Familiarity with ARM / Cortex-A processors and microcontroller architectures - Exposure to RTOS and bare-metal systems is advantageous Please note that this job opportunity is with Volansys - An ACL Digital, where you will have the chance to work directly with global customers on cutting-edge IoT and embedded solutions.
