Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy:

  Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing engineering teams while aligning with business strategy.

• Technical Excellence:

• Execution Ownership:

  Drive end-to-end delivery of complex projects — from planning and execution to release and monitoring.

• Collaboration:

  Partner with Product, Design, and Business teams to shape roadmaps and deliver impactful solutions.

• Culture Building:

  Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

• Scalability & Reliability:

  Oversee the design and scaling of systems to support business growth.

• Talent Development:

  Recruit top engineers, build succession plans, and coach future leaders.

• Metrics & Performance:

  Define success metrics, track KPIs, and ensure engineering outcomes align with business goals.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of

  leading multiple engineering teams

  in high-growth environments.
• Strong background in

  system design, distributed systems, and scalable architectures

  .
• Hands-on technical expertise in at least one modern tech stack (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Node.js).
• Experience with

  cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)

  and modern DevOps practices.
• Exceptional people management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
