Senior Full Stack & AI Engineer (Web + AI)

• Develop and integrate advanced AI components, including LLMs, Generative AI, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration (“crews”).
• Create, Manage and Optimize product backend using Core python. This includes building APIs, working with Python packages etc. at an expert level.
• Create, Manage and Optimize product frontend using React.js at an expert level.
• Build scalable APIs and optimize platform performance for high availability and low latency.
• Collaborate with co-founders, product leaders, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective, optimized and functional solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers while driving adoption of the latest AI techniques.

Security & Compliance

• Required: Expert level of adherence to best practices in secure coding and data privacy compliance

• Must be a Bachelor’s in any discipline
• Bachelors or master’s in computer science/engineering will be preferred

Work Experience

• Must have 3–5 years of professional software development experience (2+ years in Python).
• Must have Strong React.js, HTML, CSS front-end skills.
• Must have 3+ years’ experience building scalable back-end systems with Flask and/or Fast API.
• Must have 1+ years’ experience working with ML/AI solutions, preferably NLP/LLM-based.
• On the Job experience with GenAI frameworks, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration. College projects will not make the cut.
• Must have experience of working in product-driven startup or fast iterative working environments.
