Job Description

Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Application Support Engineer to support and maintain HR support systems, specifically focusing on the Recruiting/Applicant Tracking Tool. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, provide technical support to HR users, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with vendors and internal IT teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide application support for the HR recruiting systemMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and system errors related to the recruiting tool.Partner with HR teams to understand business processes, ensure system usability, and provide solutions for issues.Perform user account management, permissions, role configuration, and data validation.Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for bug fixes, upgrades, and patch management.Support system integrations between recruiting tools and other HR applicationsDocument issue resolution steps, maintain knowledge base, and provide training/guide support to HR and recruiting staff.Participate in system testing (UAT, regression, new releases) to ensure smooth deployment of changes.Identify recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend long-term improvements.Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and organizational IT policies. Required Skills & QualificationsHands-on experience with one or more HR recruiting platformsStrong understanding of HR processes (recruitment, applicant tracking, onboarding).Familiarity with ticketing systems for incident and change management.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
