About the Role

We are seeking a talented DevOps Software Engineer II to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of our software products and manage our infrastructure. You will work closely with other engineers to bring innovative solutions to life.

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor cloud and IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security.
• Implement tools and frameworks for automating code building, testing, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex software features.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and architects on technical solutions and system design.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers; conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify and implement new technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
• Automate testing processes and write unit tests.
• Stay updated with the latest software development and DevOps trends.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4-6 years of experience in DevOps.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines).
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies like Docker.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Golang, C++).
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with building APIs and system integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for learning and staying current with the latest technologies.

Good to Have:

• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Understanding of Unix/Linux systems.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols (OIDC, SAML).
• Experience with additional cloud platforms (e.g., AWS preferred).
• Scripting skills in Shell, Python, or Java.
