Senior Devops Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing technical support for software applications and troubleshooting issues. Your role will involve monitoring application performance, diagnosing and resolving bugs and incidents, and collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to implement fixes and improvements. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery, monitoring system performance, and collaborating with software development teams to design scalable and reliable applications. You will also be implementing infrastructure as code principles for automated deployments and management, as well as managing and troubleshooting cloud environments to ensure optimal resource utilization. Key Responsibilities: - Good in communication, customer centric, giving automation/process improvements recommendation with implementation strategy - Provide technical support for software applications and troubleshoot issues - Monitor application performance and health, and analyze logs to identify problems - Diagnose and resolve bugs, incidents, and outages in a timely manner - Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement fixes and improvements - Assist with application deployment, maintenance, and updates - Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery - Monitoring system performance and identifying areas for improvement - Collaborating with software development teams to design scalable and reliable applications - Implementing infrastructure as code principles for automated deployments and management - Managing and troubleshooting cloud environments, ensuring optimal resource utilization Qualifications Required: - Cornerstone experience will be a big plus (preferable too) - GCP/Cloud Knowledge - SQL/Unix - Basic Scripting for day to day automation using Unix, Python - ETL Knowledge with end to end data flow - Application ITSM job failure analysis, troubleshooting, log analysis - Production Support Experience,
