Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for hands-on engineer who thrives at the intersection of DevOps, infrastructure, and customer success. You bring deep experience in cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Helm, GitOps). You can script and debug in Python or Go, and you’re equally comfortable tuning CI/CD pipelines or diving into networking and security issues.

Beyond technical depth, you excel at clear communication and problem-solving under pressure, working directly with customer engineering teams to troubleshoot and deploy complex systems. You write clear documentation and playbooks, and you care deeply about making deployments reliable, observable, and easy. Above all, you combine technical excellence with customer empathy, ensuring every deployment drives adoption and long-term success.

Responsibilities:

• Build automation and tooling (Python/Go, CI/CD, GitOps) to make deployments faster and more reliable.
• Monitor customer environments and fix stability/performance issues.
• Help customers set up, upgrade, and troubleshoot deployments (Kubernetes, Terraform, networking, etc.).
• Write documentation and playbooks to streamline customer and internal processes.
• Act as the feedback loop between customers and product/infra teams.
• Continuously improve deployment practices, observability, and security.

About you:

• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, and Terraform
• Strong engineering & problem-solving skills (5+ years experience)
• Proficiency in Python or Go for scripting and automation
• Experience debugging and troubleshooting complex systems under pressure
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Customer-focused mindset with a drive to ensure smooth, reliable, and scalable deployments
