We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in architecting, implementing, and managing AWS-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building secure, scalable, and high-availability cloud environments, and will be comfortable working across networking, compute, storage, monitoring, security, and automation with a proven experience in leading a DevOps team.
• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers to design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure to meet high-availability and performance requirements.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using Infrastructure-as-Code tools. • Ensure cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization across AWS services.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application and infrastructure performance.
• Work closely with development, QA, and Operations teams to enable efficient CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native application deployments, and system reliability.
• Implement best practices for backup, disaster recovery, and fault tolerance.
• Maintain staging and production environments with security controls (e.g., Sophos) applied as required. Required Skills & Experience Core AWS Infrastructure & Networking

• API Gateway (REST and HTTP), AppSync
• EventBridge, SQS, SNS, SES Security, Compliance & IAM
• ACM, Cognito, Verified Permissions, Secrets Manager, Parameter Store
• WAF, Security Hub, GuardDuty, AWS Config, Macie, Inspector Monitoring & Logging
• CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Sentry AI/ML & Data Services
• Amazon Textract Other Tools & Requirements
• Experience with SSM for system management.
• Familiarity with Sophos for staging/production environments.
• Strong knowledge of AWS Billing and cost optimization strategies.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Experience in CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CodePipeline).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
