Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Developer, located in Surat. The Senior Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining scalable, high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading software development initiatives, mentoring junior developers, troubleshooting, and optimizing code. The role also involves ensuring best practices in coding and software architecture are followed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, with expertise in software development practices.
• Experience with front-end and back-end web development frameworks and tools.
• Solid understanding of database management, cloud computing, and API integration.
• Problem-solving abilities and skills in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing code for performance.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills to guide junior developers and work within teams effectively.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
