Senior Design Architect

Role Overview You will be working as a Senior Design Architect at Positron Architects" main office in Thane. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing architectural designs from the concept stage to completion. Your role will involve ensuring that creative designs align with client requirements and project objectives. You will lead design teams, manage projects, develop architectural plans, prepare detailed construction drawings, and maintain communication with stakeholders throughout the project. Key Responsibilities - Develop architectural plans and designs - Lead design teams and manage projects effectively - Prepare detailed construction drawings - Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project objectives are met - Communicate effectively with stakeholders - Utilize relevant design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp - Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines Qualifications Required - Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design to create innovative and functional designs - Proficiency in Design Management and Construction Drawings to ensure technical precision - Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders - Experience in managing multiple projects and working under tight deadlines - Proficiency in design and drafting software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field - Professional licensing and certifications are preferred but not mandatory,
