Role Overview: As a Senior Data Scientist specializing in Large Language Models (LLMs), you will play a crucial role in the team dedicated to developing and optimizing advanced language models. Your primary focus will include fine-tuning LLMs for specific business tasks, implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and utilizing vector databases for efficient document retrieval. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving innovation and ensuring the delivery of high-accuracy, production-ready AI systems. Key Responsibilities: - Fine-tune LLMs such as GPT, LLaMA, Mistral for specific business tasks and domains - Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines - Utilize vector databases like Quadrant, FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate for efficient document retrieval - Benchmark and evaluate model responses for relevance, accuracy, and consistency - Drive improvements in response accuracy through data analysis and model iteration - Collaborate with engineering, product, and research teams to deliver scalable AI solutions - Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in NLP and generative AI Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of hands-on experience in data science or machine learning, with at least 3 years focused on LLMs or NLP - Strong expertise in LLM fine-tuning, RAG systems, and prompt engineering - Deep understanding of vector similarity search and vector databases - Proven track record of improving LLM response quality through rigorous experimentation and evaluation - Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and other relevant tools - Familiarity with evaluation metrics for generative AI such as BLEU, ROUGE, BERTScore, and human evaluations - Ability to lead projects independently and mentor junior team members,
