Senior Data Scientist / AI Engineer

As part of this role, you’ll work on advanced ML models, LLM pipelines, and collaborate across teams to solve real-world problems.

You’ll also mentor junior team members and potentially lead key topics in AI.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement ML algorithms, LLM-based pipelines, and NLP solutions
Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and patterns
Write production-grade Python code following best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges
Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, GenAI, and NLP
Integrate models into production systems
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth

Must-Have Skills:-

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science / AI Engineering
Strong Python programming skills
Expertise in ML algorithms and classical NLP techniques
Experience with LLMs, RAG, Langchain, LLamaIndex, or similar frameworks
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
