Job Description

Client: Our client is a huge US-based asset manager.
Project overview: The project aim to develop Data Platform inside the asset management company to give business users ability to use rich data for the investment decisions making. Discovery stage has been performed by DataArt team. Implementation stage is starting. DataArt team will be working with the supervision of Data Architect to follow DataVault principles in building Data Warehouse. Position overview: We are seeking for a Data Engineer with experience in Databases, building Data Warehouses and Data Platforms using Snowflake and Azure tools. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and data warehouse to create a platform which will serve business needs of the client.

3+ years of work experience in a data engineering role or 3-5 completed projects
Experience working with Azure: Storage, Azure Data Factory, Cloud data platform,
Snowflake working experience
Knowledge of SQL and comfortable designing, writing and maintaining complex SQL queries
Experience building data pipelines; ETL design, implementation, and maintenance
Knowledge of data management fundamentals (data modeling, data quality, metadata management, data warehouse/lakes patterns, distributed systems)
Spoken English

Nice to have: DataVault 2.0 architecture knowledge
MDM systems experience
