Senior Data Architect

Role Overview: As a Data Architect at Purview, you will play a crucial role in evolving the WCS IT landscape with a data-driven approach. Your primary responsibility will be to define the data architecture roadmap for WCS IT by closely collaborating with Product Owners, Business & IT stakeholders. You will be tasked with creating DFDs and data lineage diagrams, working on system integrations, designing automation tools, and collaborating with architects to drive data architecture. Key Responsibilities: - Evolve WCS IT landscape with a data-driven approach - Define and drive enterprise data architecture - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions - Create DFDs and data lineage diagrams - Understand system integrations and document interfaces - Design tools for data extraction, transformation, and loading - Work with architects to deliver expected business outcomes - Follow DevOps model in day-to-day delivery - Foster innovation within the team - Develop deep knowledge of WCIT applications - Guide junior team members when needed Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience with data architecture - Understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs - Proficiency in reading and parsing JSON, XML, and other structures - Familiarity with data modelling tools like Visio - Experience in Banking and Financial service industry, particularly with a MNC Bank like HSBC - Ability to analyze and work with large datasets and various formats - Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB - Proficiency in Agile and DevSecOps practices - Inclination to explore new technologies and innovate - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Note: The additional details of the company have been omitted for brevity),
