Senior Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, your role involves collecting, cleaning, automating, and analyzing large and complex data sets from various sources. You will be responsible for developing dashboards, data insights, and reports to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. Additionally, you will perform data analysis, identify trends, and generate actionable recommendations to support decision-making processes. Collaborating with business teams to define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and presenting findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences will be part of your responsibilities. You will also support the continuous improvement of data quality, governance, and documentation. Qualifications required for excelling in this role include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or proven experience in data analytics. Ideally, you should have 4-6 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis is preferred, along with hands-on experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights are essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills, experience in working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of machine learning concepts and predictive analytics are considered advantageous.
