Senior Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Design and develop

  dashboards, reports, and visualizations

  for business stakeholders.
• Work with leadership to define KPIs and track business performance.
• Perform

  exploratory data analysis (EDA), trend analysis, and forecasting

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, finance, sales) to identify business opportunities.
• Translate business problems into analytical solutions.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on insights.
• Mentor junior analysts and ensure best practices in data analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in

  SQL

  and relational databases.
• Expertise in data visualization tools (

  Tableau, Power BI, or Looker

  ).
• Proficiency in

  Excel

  (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros).
• Hands-on experience with

  Python or R

  for data analysis.
• Strong understanding of

  statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and forecasting

  .
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with

  Big Data tools

  (Spark, Hadoop).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Exposure to machine learning concepts and predictive analytics.
