What You'll Do:

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst – Lead to strengthen our South APAC Performance Solutions AX team, with a primary focus on India and Southeast Asia.
This is an individual contributor role designed for an expert analyst who also acts as a functional lead: combining advanced hands-on analytics with responsibilities in guiding best practices, driving operational excellence and representing the team on complex or cross-market initiatives. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys deep analytical work while also stepping up as a reference point for expertise, mentorship and coordination within the team.

Core Analytics

  • Perform advanced analysis of campaign performance, detecting root causes of issues and proposing actionable solutions.

  • Build optimization scenarios and deliver data-driven recommendations to commercial teams and clients.

  • Partner closely with commercial and technical stakeholders to shape client strategies and long-term outcomes.

  • Understand client needs and challenges. Explored innovative and concrete ideas that address these challenges and deliver value for the future growth

  • Use SQL, Python, Tableau and other tools to design sophisticated analyses, automation, and scalable solutions.

Expertise & Coordination

  • Support the Senior Manager by acting as the main contact point for complex or cross-market requests.

  • Own and oversee functional aspects of team operations such as workflow monitoring, queue management and the enforcement of best practices.

  • Represent the team in cross-functional or senior stakeholder forums, ensuring visibility and alignment.

  • Provide mentorship, guidance and knowledge-sharing to junior analysts and new members, raising the overall expertise of the team.

  • Drive local rollouts of new tools, processes, and products, adapting them to SAPAC market needs.

  • Identify product gaps and provide structured, solution-oriented feedback to product and technical teams.

Key distinction: This is not a people management role, but a senior expert position where you will lead through expertise, influence and ownership of functional responsibilities.

Who You Are:

  • Experience: +6 years in analytics, consulting or performance marketing, ideally with client-facing exposure and peer mentorship responsibilities.

  • Academic background: Bachelor’s degree or higher (Master’s degree or above preferred) in Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field

  • Analytics & Technical skills: Advanced SQL and Python required; Tableau, Hadoop/Hive/Vertica are a plus.

  • Business skills: Strong client orientation, ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders.

  • Leadership qualities: You demonstrate ownership, influence and the ability to guide others acting as a senior reference for the team and a trusted partner to the Senior Manager.

  • Personality: Independent, adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working across diverse markets.
