Senior Consultant, Implementation - Intellimatch

As a Business / Technical Consultant with a background in the Financial Services domain, your main role will involve working on implementation projects for IntelliMatch products at customer sites. Your responsibilities will include: - Implementing IntelliMatch products based on planned project tasks, covering areas such as design, product configuration, training, scoping, and task estimation. - Accurately documenting client requirements, proposing solutions, and managing the sign-off process with clients. - Serving as the main point of contact for end-users facing technical or functional issues related to the application within the customer context. - Investigating, troubleshooting, and efficiently resolving any arising issues, potentially requiring interaction with different counterparts. - Escalating customer concerns appropriately and in a timely manner to the project manager. - Collaborating with project management, product management, and other development teams within the organization. - Developing relationships with clients, both internal and external, to provide professional and personalized service. - Seeking continuous improvement in processes, methods, and standards for each consulting assignment. - Handling pressure effectively, meeting deliverable deadlines, and maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in all client communications. - Collaborating with sales and pre-sales teams to apply industry knowledge and best practices for process improvement. - Conducting workshops with clients to identify pain points, process improvements, prioritize requirements, configure solutions, and schedule delivery. - Independently managing a project team, including on-site and off-site resources, developing and maintaining project plans, and managing client expectations. - Performing software installations and troubleshooting technical issues as needed. - Being prepared for regular travel, potentially 30-50% of the time. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5-9 years of experience in a financial services back office environment or reconciliations, case management, and exception processing organization. - Knowledge of reconciliation, cash management, or exception processing software is advantageous. - Experience in end-to-end implementation within an IT organization. - Understanding of reconciliation processes such as Cash, Securities, ATM, Credit Cards, Chargebacks, Disputes, Visa card, Master Card, etc. - Experience in requirements analysis, gathering, and management. - Hands-on experience in interacting with clients and documenting requirements. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Ability to work effectively with others and independently within a team. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Technical skills in databases (MSSQL), Windows Server, SQL administration, network administration, scripting, Crystal Reports, .NET Framework, and other tools. - Familiarity with reconciliation tools like SSR, Accurate, T-Rex, TLM, and exposure to Crystal Reports or Business Objects. - Secondary skills in MS Project and MS Visio. In addition to the technical requirements, experience or hands-on knowledge of IntelliMatch is a significant advantage for this role. Travel to client sites and interaction with diverse populations are essential aspects of this position.,
