Senior Consultant- ACC Implementation

As an Implementation Consultant for Adobe Campaign, your role involves providing consultancy and support to clients in deploying and utilizing the Adobe Campaign solution. Your key responsibilities include: - Creating implementation plans for both new and existing clients - Conducting knowledge transfer sessions and training customers on the implemented solution - Handling product installations, upgrades, and configuration activities - Reporting on project delivery to Project Management and managing smaller projects independently - Establishing strong working relationships with the Onshore Consulting team and adopting best practices - Collaborating with the Quality Assurance team to ensure the professional delivery of technical implementations - Serving as a point of contact for Digital Marketing Consultants in development lead activities - Learning multiple Adobe Digital Marketing Solutions to provide enablement and integration solutions to strategic clients - Making recommendations on technical implementations of the Digital Marketing Suite to Digital Marketing Consultants - Mentoring and teaching team members to support their growth - Ensuring professional delivery of Business Consulting Service to clients in collaboration with the Quality Assurance team Qualifications required for this role include: - Expertise and experience in SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL) - Programming experience in languages such as Javascript, Java, VB, C#, or PHP - Knowledge of web technologies like HTML and CSS would be an advantage - Strong communication skills for effective customer interactions and documentation - Self-starter with excellent organization and high motivation levels - Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and languages - Knowledge of HTML DOM manipulation and page load events is a plus - Project management skills would be beneficial If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them for a comprehensive understanding.,
