As a Business Development Manager at ClockHash Technologies, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship building. Leveraging your strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, you will identify new business opportunities and promote our services to potential clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Lead Generation:** - Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, referrals, and cold outreach. - Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities. - Utilize various channels, including social media, industry events, and online platforms, to generate leads. - **Client Acquisition:** - Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and pain points. - Present our services and value proposition in a compelling and persuasive manner. - Work closely with the delivery team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to client onboarding. - **Relationship Building:** - Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients, industry contacts, and referral partners. - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner. - Regularly engage with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. - **Strategic Planning:** - Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities. - Continuously refine business development strategies and tactics based on performance metrics and market insights. - **Collaboration and Communication:** - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation campaigns and promotional materials. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and service delivery. - Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and client interactions to senior management.
