Senior Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Minimum 5+ years International IT Services Experience in Business Development role (US/EU preferred)
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and manage contracts to secure new business ventures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivery of services/products.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and innovation.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to the management team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development, sales, or a related role within the IT Industry.
• Strong understanding of Market trends, market dynamics, and customer needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach to achieving business objectives.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
