Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating the BDE team, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and driving strategic initiatives. You will have proven leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor the BDE team to ensure productivity and goal alignment. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. - Establish and nurture high-value relationships with clients and franchises. - Drive the team towards meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Guide and support the BDE team in managing leads and conversions. - Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement innovative sales campaigns. - Train and onboard new team members in alignment with company processes. - Track team performance, analyze data, and present regular reports to management. - Actively contribute to strategic decisions and market expansion plans. - Stay updated with industry trends and help the team adapt accordingly.
