Role Overview

Business Development Executives

You will play a key role in expanding SANeForces customer base, nurturing client partnerships, and contributing to business growth in both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and meetings with potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-sales, Product, and Marketing) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, handle client queries, and close sales to achieve assigned targets.
• Regularly update the CRM system with leads, opportunities and progress reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• 1 to 6 years

  of proven experience in Business Development/ Sales, preferably in

  IT / SaaS / Enterprise Solutions

  .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in

  Hindi and English

  (mandatory).
• Ability to understand client requirements and propose tailored software solutions.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willingness to travel, if required.
