Your responsibilities at Aacharya will include counseling parents about our unique education model and its advantages during field visits and calls. You will be conducting home demonstrations and academic assessments post lead generation or appointment scheduling, elaborating on pricing, EMI options, and scholarship-based enrollment offers. Achieving monthly sales targets through direct enrollments and immediate closures will be crucial. Additionally, maintaining follow-ups, lead records, and sales activities in the CRM system and collaborating with teachers and academic personnel for seamless post-sales handovers are part of the role. It is essential to represent the brand in a professional and trustworthy manner. To excel in this position, strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi are required. A willingness to acquire sales psychology knowledge and enhance parent counseling abilities is essential. You should be prepared to work on-field, manage demo schedules, and independently finalize sales. The minimum qualification needed is a graduation in any stream, along with possession of a driving license, a two-wheeler, a Wi-Fi connection, and a working laptop with a smartphone. For candidates with no prior experience, proficiency in communication and a drive to succeed are necessary. For experienced applicants, a background of 6 months to 2 years in EdTech sales, preferably B2C, is advantageous.
