About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex

technology projects within deadlines and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a proven

track record of managing cross-functional teams, implementing agile practices, and ensuring

high-quality project delivery.

You will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, stakeholder management, risk

mitigation, and ensuring successful alignment between business goals and technical

solutions.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead and manage multiple IT projects across their full lifecycle — from initiation to

closure.

 Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.

 Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, data scientists, and QA

engineers.

 Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and ensure timely sprint delivery.

 Manage communication with internal stakeholders and external clients.

 Identify project risks, create mitigation plans, and ensure issue resolution.

 Oversee project documentation, reporting, and performance metrics.

 Ensure quality assurance and compliance with company standards and client

expectations.

 Manage project budgets and ensure efficient resource utilization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or

related field.

 6+ years of experience in IT project management or software delivery roles.

 Proven experience managing end-to-end software development projects.

 Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

 Excellent skills in project planning tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.).

 Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

 Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

 Understanding of cloud technologies, software architectures, and SDLC.

Required Experience

✅ PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification.

✅ Prior experience managing AI / Data Science / ML projects.

✅ Experience working with clients in Finance / Banking / Insurance or technology domains.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹552,042.65 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
