About the Role:

We are looking for a

Senior Backend Software Engineer

to design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure backend systems. The role involves developing microservices, APIs, and enterprise-grade applications while ensuring best practices in software development, testing, deployment, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

REST/gRPC microservices
Golang, Terraform, AWS, SQL/NoSQL
Drive system performance, scalability, and security with high availability.
requirements analysis, architecture review, CI/CD implementation
Mentor junior developers, conduct peer code reviews, and maintain automated test coverage (TDD/BDD).
Ensure effective deployment, monitoring, and incident resolution.
Prepare technical documentation (APIs, data dictionaries, design specs).
