Our services include - Business Intelligence Consulting , Advanced Analytics, Managed Services, Data Management, Cloud Services, Technology Consulting , Application Development and Product Engineering.For more information on BizAcuity, log on https://bizacuity.com/You WillBuild and own production Node/TypeScript services (REST, workers, queues) with strong contracts, retries, idempotency, and observability.Integrate LLM/NLP APIs with guardrails and cost/timeout controls (or ramp with our patterns within 60–90 days).Implement orchestration for multi-step flows (e.g., ingest → classify/extract → human-in-the-loop → publish).Define data contracts and storage needed for AI features (inputs, prompts, outputs, feedback, audit).Add guardrails: schema validation, red-team prompts, content/PII filters, deterministic fallbacks, and secrets handling.Collaborate with the data team on what to log for evaluation and retraining (not owning data engineering).Instrument services (metrics, tracing, alerting) and own CI/CD and testing coverage.Work closely with product and UK stakeholders; demo progress and gather feedback..You Should Have6–10 years backend engineering with strong Node/TypeScript in production; event-driven design, retries/idempotency, CI/CD, observability.Hands-on LLM/NLP API integrations or clear evidence you can ramp quickly (e.g., side projects, prompt-driven tools, strong Python/HTTP integrations).Solid with queues (e.g., SQS/Rabbit/Kafka), object storage, and background workers.Testing culture (unit/integration/contract tests) and CI/CD (GitHub Actions or similar).Comfort with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) basics: IAM, secrets, logging, container runtime.Clear communicator; can translate requirements into pragmatic system designs.BonusExperience with RAG patterns, vector stores, or prompt evaluation frameworks.Fintech or document-heavy workflows; PDF parsing, OCR pipelines.Experience with Python for small AI utilities alongside Node servicesWhat Success Looks Like3 AI-enabled features shipped to production with ≥80% stakeholder satisfaction.Clear runbooks and dashboards for ops.
