Senior Backend Developer

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be an integral part of our dynamic and fast-paced team. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement backend APIs using C# and .NET Core. Collaborating closely with front-end developers and product managers, you will translate requirements into technical solutions that support web and mobile applications. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and maintaining highly scalable and performant backend systems. You will utilize your experience with Realtime systems to enable low-latency data interactions within the application. Leveraging SQL Server and PostgreSQL, you will focus on efficient querying and data integrity for data storage and manipulation. In addition, you will design and implement distributed systems architecture for high availability and fault tolerance, integrating with third-party APIs like Google Maps, ARCGIS, and others for spatial data functionalities. Managing and optimizing Redis for caching and real-time data management will be part of your responsibilities, along with deploying applications and managing infrastructure on cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Your expertise in implementing containerized deployments using Docker or similar technologies, familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, and participation in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the development team are essential. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in Backend Development. Your in-depth knowledge of .NET Core and Web API frameworks, strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, and experience working with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS are key qualifications. Proficiency with containerization technologies like Docker/Kubernetes, experience with Redis or similar caching technologies, and familiarity with real-time development concepts and technologies are highly desirable.
