Senior Backend Developer-Level 3- Java SpringBoot

Job Role:
Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement. Implement Rest APIs using Spring Boot Java, NodeJS, Python Document design of the technical implementation. Technical diagrams of the based on the implementation approach finalized Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends. Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability Building reusable code and libraries for future use Taking lead on projects, as needed.Requirements: Strong with OOPS concepts and data structures/algorithms Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools Should be able to Build REST APIs Ensure maintainable code with unit tests Prepare build scripts for projects using Maven/Gradle Candidates should have the ability to pick up new technologies quickly. Good knowledge of SQL/NoSQL database MySQL/MongoDB/Postgres Logical approach to problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills and good analyticalcapabilities. Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment Knowledge of design patterns is an added advantage. Must have exposure to cloud technologies Excellent project and me management skills Exposure to the ad-tech/Health tech domains is a big plus.Personality: You want to work in a small, agile team You want to learn and upskill You work hard and like variety in your projects.

Brownie Points to note: Want someone strong in system design concepts and trade off analysis.

Should be able to communicate clearly and should be able to explain design choices and technical reasoning.

Work from office compulsory  - 5 days a week

Total 3-4 interview rounds out of which for atleast 2 rounds you need to go in person
