Senior Backend Developer

As a Senior Backend Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in our core engineering team dedicated to creating backend applications for a highly scalable web and mobile software product. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing APIs and backend systems, ensuring system architecture and design, maintaining code quality, managing databases, as well as testing and debugging. Moreover, you will lead projects and collaborate with the team, providing mentorship, guiding agile/scrum practices, integrating user-facing elements with backend logic, and optimizing the data platform for stability, scalability, cost efficiency, and agility in accommodating new requirements. You will also focus on performance monitoring, data security, and ensuring the seamless operation of the platform. To excel in this role, you should have experience in developing and maintaining server-side logic, database management, API development, performance optimization, troubleshooting, debugging, and code review. Additionally, you must be adept at collaborating with team members to achieve project goals efficiently. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone and internet reimbursement, as well as Provident Fund.
