Senior Backend Developer

You should have at least 6 years of experience and be proficient in Java, Spring Boot, object databases, ElasticSearch/Solr, AWS cloud, Docker & Kubernetes, and REST APIs. Experience in building scalable and high-performance systems is essential. Strong communication skills in English at B2+ level are required. Knowledge of Python, ETL experience, and big data solutions would be a nice-to-have. As part of your responsibilities, you will be maintaining a large modern search platform, handling production issues and incidents, optimizing and maintaining existing code for performance and availability, ensuring high performance and availability of the system, and engaging in the Release Process. You will work within a SAFe, scrum/kanban methodology, and agile approach in a collaborative and friendly atmosphere. The team utilizes microservice architecture and extensive CI/CD automation. Tools used include git, IntelliJ, Jira, Confluence, and i3 by Tieto as a search backend. The interview process consists of a virtual first round and a face-to-face second round.
