Job Summary

Senior Azure Developer

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy

    Azure Functions

    (Python or Node.js) including

    Durable Functions

    for orchestrations.
  • Build secure, scalable, and reusable

    backend services

    using Python (OOP) and serverless architectures.
  • Implement and manage

    Azure API Management

    including policies, versioning, and API lifecycle.
  • Develop rich, interactive UI components using

    React + TypeScript (advanced level)

    .
  • Architect and deliver

    cloud-native solutions

    following best practices for scalability, security, and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on solution design, integration, and deployment.
  • Lead and mentor junior developers; perform code reviews and ensure engineering best practices.
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability tools in an Azure environment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years

    of professional experience in cloud-native application development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:

    • Azure Functions

      (Python or JS)

    • Durable Functions

    • Azure API Management (APIM)

  • Advanced proficiency in:

    • Python

      (OOP, service development)

    • React + TypeScript

    • JavaScript/Node.js

  • Deep knowledge of

    Azure cloud architecture

    , security (Key Vault, Managed Identity), and integration patterns.
  • Proven experience in

    technical/team leadership

    , guiding design and development decisions.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions CI/CD.
  • Familiarity with serverless best practices, microservices, and event-driven design.
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, AKS) is a plus.
