As a Senior Associate in the Gen AI & Python team at a global consulting firm, your role will involve building and maintaining advanced internal tools using Python, Generative AI, LLMs, and Machine Learning. Your focus will be on supporting consulting teams to deliver actionable insights effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, maintain, and enhance Python-based tools and applications. - Utilize Generative AI, LLMs, and Machine Learning to automate and enhance processes. - Create internal web applications with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Streamlit. - Assist in analytics projects to generate actionable insights for clients. - Identify innovative opportunities to enhance efficiency through technology. - Communicate technical insights clearly to technical and non-technical senior stakeholders. **Qualifications Required:** - Preferred B.E./B.Tech from top-tier colleges. - Graduates with 5-7 years of experience or postgraduates with 3-5 years of experience. - Strong expertise in Python (4+ years). - Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or Machine Learning is desirable. - Advanced knowledge of database design and familiarity with Azure/AWS servers is a plus. - Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective interaction with technical and non-technical senior stakeholders.,
