Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect at Urbane's Hauz Khas location. The Senior Architect will lead architectural design processes, oversee project management from concept to completion, prepare detailed drawings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced solutions. The role includes supervising construction work, ensuring adherence to design specifications, and coordinating with clients to align project goals with expectations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in developing innovative and functional building designs
• Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and supervising complex projects
• Understanding of Software Development and Integration to incorporate modern tools into architectural processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Professional licensure in architecture is a plus
• Experience in high-quality commercial, residential, or institutional projects is preferred
