Job description

Proficient in AutoCAD for detailed interior design drawings, 3D visualization tools (SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion). Strong understanding of construction techniques and building codes.

• Diploma/bachelor s degree in interior design, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 1-4 years of professional experience with residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Adept at generating Revit-compliant design and construction documents. Experienced with on-site documentation and investigation. Proficient in design tools (Graphics Standards, Time-Saver Standards) and knowledgeable about international building codes.

• 5+ years of professional experience in design documentation and construction drawings with strong Revit proficiency.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to complete assignments on time.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with PMs and consultants.

Role & responsibilities

• 1. Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.
• 2. Managing design projects from concept development through to completion
• 3. Developing and presenting project proposals
• 4. Adjusting drawings, blueprints, specifications, designs, plans and construction documents to meet the client's needs
• 5. Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact
• 6. Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines
• 7. Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements
