Senior Architect - Landscape

Responsibilities

• Lead the BIM and Revit design and execution of landscape architecture projects, including parks, urban spaces, and public gardens.
• Collaborate with architects, planners, engineers, and clients to develop comprehensive project plans that meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, help in building BIM competent team, providing guidance on design techniques and project management skills.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding landscape design and environmental standards.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in landscape architecture.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor&aposs of Architecture with 6 + prodfessional exprience in landscape projects or Master&aposs degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in landscape architecture with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS applications.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, ecology, and environmental science as they relate to landscape design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
