Senior Architect

We’re looking for a Senior Architect who brings around 4 years of experience in architecture/interior design, has strong conceptual and technical skills, and can lead projects independently. You will manage design from concept through delivery, mentor junior staff and ensure design integrity & quality throughout.The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural/interior design projects from schematic design through detailed design, execution, and handover
• Prepare design presentations, mood boards, conceptual sketches, 3D renders, walkthroughs, and documentation
• Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, etc.) & contractors to ensure design integration and feasibility
• Oversee site supervision, monitor construction quality, ensure adherence to drawings, materials, finishes, and timelines
• Mentor and guide junior architects/designers in detailing, drafting, modeling, and software workflow
• Ensure compliance with firm’s design standards.
• Review and check drawings & technical documents for accuracy and completeness
• Manage project schedules to ensure efficient delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from a recognized institution
• ~4 years of professional experience in architecture / interior design firms
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design, technical drawings, 3D modelling/rendering (preferably using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max)
• Proficiency in visualising tools will be given preference.
• Solid understanding of materials, finishes, construction details, and building technology
• Good presentation & verbal communication skills; ability to articulate design ideas clearly to clients and team
• Good organizational, planning, and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines

• Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 (based on interview performance & experience)
