Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect with 6–10 years of professional experience to join our team in Trivandrum The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the development of architectural projects from concept to completion. This role requires expertise in architectural design, project management, client coordination, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed designs.
• Prepare 2D/3D drawings, presentations, and working drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into functional and aesthetic designs.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams for smooth execution of projects.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to approved designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously within given timelines and budgets.
• Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance to the design team.
• Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and assist in tender documentation.
• Stay updated with modern design trends, sustainable architecture practices, and latest construction technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch); Master’s in Architecture (M.Arch) preferred.
• 6–10 years of proven experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion/3ds Max, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction techniques.
• Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and client-handling abilities.
• Experience in commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 per month
