What We’re Looking For

Technical Expertise:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years focused on building production-grade machine learning systems.

Strong proficiency in Python for ML development.

ML & Data Skills:

Hands-on experience with pre-training and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), including cutting-edge generative AI models.

Create tools and techniques for testing the resilience of AI systems against various attack vectors.

Solid background in data processing, feature engineering, and handling large-scale datasets.

Mindset:

A problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, unstructured environments.

Strong sense of ownership with a growth mindset, open to experimentation and continuous learning.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across diverse teams.
