Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI Engineer to lead the design and development of intelligent solutions using **Generative AI**, **Azure Document Intelligence**, and **Azure OpenAI Services**. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and impactful AI-driven applications for document processing, conversational AI, and enterprise automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement solutions using **Azure OpenAI** (GPT, Codex, Embeddings) for enterprise use cases.

- Build and optimize document understanding workflows using **Azure Document Intelligence** (formerly Form Recognizer).

- Develop and fine-tune **Generative AI models** for summarization, classification, and conversational interfaces.

- Integrate AI models with business applications using **Azure Functions**, **Logic Apps**, and **Power Platform**.

- Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and product managers to define AI strategy and roadmap.

- Ensure model performance, scalability, and compliance with data governance and security standards.

- Conduct POCs and drive innovation in areas like intelligent document processing, virtual assistants, and financial automation.

Required Skills & Experience

- 68 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2–3 years in **Generative AI** and **LLMs**.

- Hands-on experience with **Azure OpenAI**, including prompt engineering, embeddings, and fine-tuning.

- Strong knowledge of **Azure Document Intelligence** (Form Recognizer, Layout, Custom Models).

- Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, and Azure SDKs.

- Experience with **RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)** and vector databases (e.g., Azure AI Search, FAISS).

- Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment in Azure.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
