About the Role

Senior AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML models for integration with blockchain systems and decentralized applications.
• Collaborate with blockchain developers to embed AI layers within smart contracts and protocol layers.
• Lead R&D initiatives on AI-driven consensus mechanisms, fraud detection, and predictive analytics.
• Optimize data pipelines and implement MLOps best practices for scalable AI workflows.
• Guide the AI team on emerging AI frameworks and state-of-the-art technologies.
• Work closely with product managers to align AI capabilities with business goals.
• Mentor junior AI engineers and foster knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
• Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI frameworks.
• Proven experience with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning models.
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals and smart contract platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
• Familiarity with cryptographic principles and AI ethics considerations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with blockchain protocols or decentralized systems.
• Contributions to open-source AI or blockchain projects.
• Knowledge of zero-knowledge proofs or privacy-preserving AI.
